Join us for an evening led by renowned Australian author and founding director of the Centre for Public Christianity, John Dickson, as we discuss the problem of pain and suffering in our world and wrestle through the permanence of God's goodness in the face of evils we encounter everyday.
John Dickson is a founding director of Australia's Centre for Public Christianity, an independent research and media company promoting informed discussion about social, ethical, and religious issues in modern life. John holds and honors degree in theology from Moore Theological College Sidney, and a PhD in history from Macquarie University. He is the author of over a dozen books, including the award-winning Simply Christianity: Beyond Religion, A Spectator's Guide to World Religions, and Humilitas: A Lost Key to Life, Love and Leadership. His latest book A Doubter's Guide to the Bible providing a fresh view of the Bible for both believers and skeptics.
